In the interest of providing better and quality services, there are specific terms and conditions that our drivers have to follow:

·      The wearing of a badge with a visible expiry, photo, and badge number is necessary.

·      Always greet the customer in a polite, courteous manner.

·      Choose the most direct path to the destination, unless demand otherwise.

·      Charge only the fare that the App shows and also provide the customer with the receipt if asked.

·      Do not allow sharing and over sitting of passengers without prior consent.

·      Assist the customer with directions and with loading and unloading of luggage.

·      Drivers are not allowed to drink, eat, or even play music without passenger’s prior permission.

·      Customers should be facilitated to travel with guides, assistant dogs, etc.

·      Drivers are not allowed to use mobile phones while driving.

·      Keep your vehicle well maintained, including assurance regarding cleanliness.

·      Report all kinds of accidents to the company as soon as possible.

·      In case of changing of address, inform us within 7 days.

·      After receiving any caution, report to the company as soon as possible.

·      Keep a reasonable change along with you to pay the passengers. Never ask the passengers to pay extra.

·      If you receive any endorsement, inform us as soon as possible, most preferably in writing.

·      Carry a fire extinguisher and first aid box in a vehicle with you.

·      Never use a horn to signal other vehicles.

·      In case of any illness, inform us regarding your condition.

·      Ensure the regular inspection of vehicles.

·      All the lost and found items must be handed over to the police station. You are not allowed to refuse the violent passengers directly. However, you have the right to report the incident to us.

·      Put the operator details on the front door.

·      Ensure the proper and continuous display of your front and rear plates.

·      You must display the clear ‘no smoking’ sign in your vehicle.
