We aim to reunite passengers with their belongings as quickly as possible. If you believe you left something in one of our vehicles, please follow the steps below.
1. Contact Us
Call 01483 32 32 16 or WhatsApp 07421353154 immediately so we can alert the driver.
2. Provide Details
Have your booking reference, time of journey, and a description of the item ready.
Our Handling Process
- Driver Search: Drivers conduct a thorough search of the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Secure Storage: Non-perishable items are stored securely at our Register Office.
- Perishables: For hygiene reasons, food or drink items are disposed of immediately.
- Collection: Items can be collected by pre-booked appointment. Proof of ID is required.
- Unclaimed Items: Valuable items not claimed within 30 days may be handed to the local police.
Please Note: While we make every effort to assist, Obencars Ltd cannot be held responsible for items left in vehicles. We strongly advise checking the seating area before exiting.
