1. Booking and Confirmation
• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to acceptance by the company. A booking will only be confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or other approved methods as specified by the company.
• Passengers are required to provide accurate details regarding pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates, and any special requirements.
2. Cancellations and Changes
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking. If the vehicle has already been dispatched and a cancellation is requested, a cancellation fee of £10.00 will be charged.
• Changes to the booking, including changes to the date, time, or passenger details, must be requested as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.
3. Payment Terms
• Payment for services is due in full at the time specified in the booking confirmation. Payments can be made by the methods approved by the company, including cash, bank transfer, or card payment.
• Any additional charges incurred during the journey, such as parking fees or tolls, will be passed on to the passenger.
4. Passenger Conduct
• Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the driver and other passengers. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the journey, and no refund will be given.
• Passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the journey.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Use
• The company reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equivalent or greater size if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The vehicle is to be used only for the purpose for which it was booked. Unauthorized use of the vehicle, including making unscheduled stops or detours, is prohibited without prior agreement from the company.
6. Delays and Liability
• While we make every effort to ensure punctuality, the company is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.
• The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays, missed appointments, or other disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
7. Driver’s Authority
• The driver has the authority to refuse to transport passengers who are deemed to be a risk to the safety or comfort of the vehicle, other passengers, or the driver.
• The driver may take appropriate actions to manage any disruptive or unsafe behavior, including terminating the journey or contacting law enforcement if necessary.
8. Special Requirements
• If you require any special accommodations, such as child seats, mobility assistance, or other specific needs, please notify us at the time of booking. We will make every reasonable effort to meet these requirements, subject to availability and safety regulations.
9. Personal Property
• The company is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle. Passengers should ensure that all items are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey.
• Lost property will be kept for a reasonable period and can be retrieved by contacting the company.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
11. Liability and Insurance
• All our vehicles and drivers are fully insured in accordance with industry standards. However, the company’s liability is limited to the extent of the insurance coverage in place at the time of the journey.
• The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the passenger's actions or behavior during the journey.
12. Agreement to Terms
• By booking a ride with us, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must notify us prior to booking.
13. Cleaning Fee
• In the event that a passenger soils or becomes ill in the vehicle, a cleaning fee will be charged. This fee will range from £50 to £100, depending on the extent of the mess and the time of day. The final amount will be determined based on the level of cleaning required and the disruption caused to the vehicle’s availability for subsequent bookings.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by illness or other soiling during the journey. This charge is necessary to cover the costs of cleaning and any additional time the vehicle may require to be sanitized before it can be used again.
